Registration Deadlines
Any registrations after Oct 9th, cannot be guaranteed a T-Shirt in the desired size. Any registrations after Oct 21st, will not be able to use Early Packet Pickup; they will need to pick up their packet the morning of at the event.
Packet Pick-up
Early packet pickup will be available on the Thursday, October 24th and Friday, October 25th before the event from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm at:

6:00 AM - Packet Pickup Opens, Registration Opens and Community Fair Opens
6:40 AM – Registration Closes and Pre-Race Program Begins
6:55 AM – Packet Pickup Closes
7:00 AM - 5K Timed Race Starts
8:00 AM - 5K Race Winners Recognized and Awards Given
8:30 AM - 1K Trick or Treat Fun Run Starts
9:30 AM - 1K Trick or Treat Fun Run Ends
10:00 AM - Community Fair Ends
Award Categories
Recognition and Awards will be given for the winners in the following categories:
- Fastest Men's Time*
- Fastest Women's Time*
- Girls ages 1 to 9
- Girls ages 10 to 14
- Girls ages 15 to 19
- Women ages 20 to 29
- Women ages 30 to 39
- Women ages 40 to 49
- Women ages 50 to 59
- Women ages 60 and up
- Boys ages 1 to 9
- Boys ages 10 to 14
- Boys ages 15 to 19
- Men ages 20 to 29
- Men ages 30 to 39
- Men ages 40 to 49
- Men ages 50 to 59
- Men ages 60 and up
*Please note that while the Fastest Women's Time and Fastest Men's Time will also be the fastest in their specific brackets, they will only be given an award for the Fastest Overall time and not also the award for their bracket. The runners up in those brackets will be recognized and awarded as the winners in those brackets.
